Manual transmission

Of course, we can perform normal maintenance, such as oil changes.

If the gearbox leaks excessive oil, makes noise while driving, or "creaks" when shifting up or down, an overhaul is likely necessary. This involves replacing all bearings and seals, and, if necessary, the synchromesh rings that ensure silent shifting between gears.

Automatic transmission

We can flush automatic transmissions, with or without additives, and with your own transmission fluid if desired.

Flushing a gearbox, also known as automatic transmission flushing, is a process whereby old transmission fluid is completely removed and replaced with new fluid. This helps to keep the transmission clean and ensures smoother operation. 

Why rinse?
  • Removal of dirt:
    Transmission fluid becomes dirty over time and can interfere with the operation of the gearbox. 
  • Enhanced performance:
    Replacing the old oil allows the gearbox to shift more smoothly and perform better. 
  • Preventing costly repairs:
    Regular flushing can help prevent problems and costly repairs to the transmission. 
How does flushing work?
  1. Connection:
    The flushing machine is connected to the transmission, often via the cooling pipes. 
  2. Cleaning:
    A cleaning agent is added to loosen dirt and contaminants. 
  3. Rinsing:
    The old oil is flushed out of the gearbox and new oil is added at the same time. 
  4. Refresh:
    This process is repeated until only clean oil flows through the machine. 
  5. Control:
    After flushing, the oil level is checked and adjusted if necessary, and the gearbox is tested according to BJ Autoservice. 
When to rinse?
  • Recommended intervals:
    Many manufacturers specify when the gearbox should be flushed, usually between 80,000 and 120,000 kilometers.
  • Symptoms:
    If you notice delayed shifting, jerking, or strange noises when shifting gears, flushing may be a good solution. 

If more maintenance is required, we can also perform a complete overhaul. This involves replacing worn parts and completely rebuilding the gearbox in accordance with factory specifications.

Air conditioning service

We are also equipped with air conditioning service equipment. A properly functioning air conditioner not only ensures comfort, but also prevents unnecessary strain on the system. During a service, we check that it is working properly, top up the refrigerant to the correct level, and perform a leak test if necessary.

Regular maintenance of the air conditioning system extends the life of the system and prevents major defects.
